Additional information to the rental prices: - The above mentioned rental price is for 2 persons and includes 11% tourist & sales tax, conventional electricity and water consumption, 'local calls', and pool and lawn services. Additional person $55,-/week, kids under 12 years are free.
- The one-time fee for final cleaning is $175,- and has to be paid on location.
- The deposit is $400,-.
- The rental price is payable until 2 weeks before arrival or can also be paid on location.
- Towels and linen are on location without further fees.

- We offer discounts for early birds and long term rentals! Please do not hestitate to ask!!
