VACATION HOME "SUNSHINE"
Our wonderful, well-tended vacation home "SUNSHINE" lies in a quiet, but centrally located residential neighbourhood of Cape Coral. Beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are close by.
The house with approx. 120 sqm has a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and an own bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queensize bed, the other with twin beds share a further bathroom. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
The living and dining room seats 6 people. The kitchen provides electric range, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, american refrigerator and so on. The washer and dryer in the utility room can be used without further charges.
The house lying within an approx. 1000 sqm-sized lot has a big screened pool with patio furniture and a big gas barbecue - perfect for finishing the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sun loungers and the 5x10m-sized heated pool guarantee a perfect sun tan.
The air-conditioner and a number of ceiling fans provide pleasant room temperatures.
Furthermore Cable-TV, telephone (local calls) and WLAN-internet connection are available. Different beach articles, as well as an electric iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a cooler are also provided for your use in our vacation home "SUNSHINE".
