Because of its numerous canals (more than 400 miles) Cape Coral is

also known as "Venice of the USA" and is unique in the whole of America.

Although located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, it is protected by the

off-shore islands from the sea. The mean annual temperatures lying between

73-77°F guarantee a year-round vacation season with a favorable climate.

The region Cape Coral - Fort Myers - Naples is probably the

cleanest region in the US. There are 350 days of sun a year,

with temperatures between 70 and 90°F.

A paradise for all fans of water sports - surfing, sailing, diving,

water skiing, jet skiing, speed boating. Golfers benefit from the

many wonderful golf courses.

• Walmart Neigborhood offering groceries and everyday necessities (open 24/7) is within a 5 minute walk (from "Sunshine") or a 5 minutes drive (from "Seashell"). A Walmart Superstore is located on Del Prado Blvd. (open 24h). Also you will find Publix, Target, WinnDixie or Sweetbay.
• Miromar Outlet & Sanibel Outlet are huge outlet center with many well-known designer shops. 
• Recommended restaurants: Ford's Garage, Boathouse, Hooters, Rib City, Bubba's Roadhouse, Tiki Hut and many more!

Fort Myers with its shopping malls and numbers of shops along the

Tamiami-Trail (US Highway 41) can be quickly reached by crossing

one of the large bridges offering a splendid view of the

Caloosahatchee River.

The Southwest International Airport (RSW) is approx. 30 minutes

drive away from Cape Coral. 

Naples, Orlando, Miami, Key West can be reached in a few hours

via the interstate routes.
