Our cozy and modern

vacation home "SEASHELL" is in the

same quiet, but centrally located residential

neighbourhood of Cape Coral.

Beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are close by.

The house with approx. 100 sqm has a master bedroom with a kingsize bed

and an own bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds,

a room with sofa-sleeper and a further bathroom.

Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.

The living and dining room seats 4 to 6 people.

The kitchen provides electric range,

dish washer, microwave oven,

coffee maker, refridgerator etc.

Also the washer and dryer can be used.

The house (on an approx.

1000 sqm-sizedlot) has a big,

screened patio with patio furniture

and a big new gas barbecue,

perfect for finishing the day

in a relaxed atmosphere.

Sun loungers and the big pool guarantee a perfect sun tan.

The air-conditioner and a number of ceiling fans provide pleasant room temperatures.

Furthermore Cabel-TV, telephone (local calls)

and wireless internet connection are available.

Different beach articles, as well as a hair dryer, electric iron, ironing board

and a cooler are also provided for your use in our vacation home "SEASHELL".
