Our wonderful, well-tended

vacation home "SUNSHINE" is in

a quiet, but centrally located residential

neighbourhood of Cape Coral.

Beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are close by.

The house with approx. 130 sqm has a master bedroom with a kingsize bed

and an own bathroom. Two additional bedrooms (one with queensize bed,

the other with twin beds) share a further bathroom.

Each bedroom has a large walk.in closet.

The living and dining room seats 6 people.

The kitchen provides electric range,

dish washer, microwave oven,

coffee maker, refridgerator etc.

Also the washer and dryer in the utility

room can be used.

Completely new AC was installed in summer 2018!

Also some new paint, furniture and decoration...

The house (on an approx.

1000 sqm-sized lot) has a big,

screened patio with patio furniture

and a big gas barbecue,

perfect for finishing the day

                                                                  in a relaxed atmosphere.

A new pool heater was installed in May 2018!

Sun loungers and the 5x10m-sized pool guarantee a perfect sun tan.

The air-conditioner and a number of ceiling fans provide

pleasant room temperatures.

Furthermore Cabel-TV, DVD-Player, stereo,

telephone (local calls) and wireless internet connection are available.

Different beach articles, as well as a hair dryer, electric iron,

ironing board and a cooler are also providesd for your use in our

vacation home "SUNSHINE".
